In the construction industry, female engineers can be described as rare. Zou Xueqin, a technical consultant in Hanjia Company in our county, is one of them.

Zou Xueqin, a member of the Communist Party of China, an engineer, a retired return person, is currently a technical consultant in Hanjia Company in Lushan County. She went to work in 1986 and gradually grew from a fledgling designer to an experienced engineer.

On July 18 this year, Zou Xueqin was transferred to the project coordination of Lushan County Fang Cabin Hospital, responsible for project organization coordination, construction progress, construction quality, etc. During this period Lack of difficulties such as on -site practice experience, she faced the difficulties and showed her wisdom in the coordination of the scene.

Every time a project, Zou Xueqin will hang a construction progress drawing on the wall of the project headquarters, which is reversed according to the time of delivery. All construction tasks are refined to each hour, which is convenient for each unit to press the construction. She usually brings a notebook to record the progress of the project at any time. Technical guidance, design communication, cost budget, technical research, quality control ... She led the entire team to go all out to carry out the project construction work, even if she fought on holidays, she fought with colleagues at the project site until the entire project was successfully completed.

After receiving the work of the square cabin, she has always insisted on "5+2", "White and Black" in just one month, which was very thin and thinner. It was stable in my heart.

For more than thirty years of employment, early get off work and late work, there is no holiday, and the normal high -pressure work not only has not repelled Zou Xueqin, but has witnessed her transformation and growth. Zou Xueqin has successively won honorary titles such as Ya'an Earthquake Restaurant, National May Day Labor Medal, and Outstanding Workers of the Provincial New Rural Construction.
