At about the year, the cost budget performance management system covered with comprehensive coverage, complete chain, and scientific method science in the province, and improved the standardization, refinement and scientific level of budget management.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the reform, in accordance with the idea of ​​"pilot first and steadily pushing away", this year our province has selected 10 cities including Jinan and Zibo, including 14 counties (cities, districts), including Gaoqing and Lintong. Management pilot, exploring the advanced reform and promotion path, and realizing the re -construction of budget management processes; selected 88 projects from provinces, cities and counties to carry out cost -effective pilots, involving more than 20 urban bus operations, garbage and sewage treatment, public venue operation and maintenance, etc. In the field of public service, guide and various departments at all levels to further solidify the concept of cost performance, implement the requirements of too tight days to the cost -saving efficiency, and make limited fiscal funds play greater benefits.
