In order to meet the needs of national maternity policy and the needs of citizens' travel, combined with the needs of the safety of public transportation operations and financial subsidies to withstand reality, with the consent of the municipal government, the relevant matters related to the transfer policy of children in urban public transportation are as follows:

I. Ticket -free policy: Each adult passenger carrys two children under 130 cm (including 130 cm) or children under 6 years old (including 6 years old). If there are more than two children, buy tickets by more than more than people.

2. Scope of application: Urban public transportation in Xi'an's administrative area (including Xixian New District), including ground routine bus lines (excluding customization, online contract, tourism line), and subway.

Former Xi'an Price Bureau and Xi'an Transportation Bureau "Notice on Adjusting Children's Ticket Exemption of Children's Tickets for Transportation" (City Wufa [2007] No. 17) was abolished at the same time.
