Fujian Meihua Mountain South China Tiger Breeding Research Institute is a provincial terrestrial wildlife receiving and ambulance station. On August 31, 2022, a group of three people such as Song Shilan, deputy commissioner of the Fuzhou Commissioner Office of the State Forestry and Cao Bureau, went to the Institute of Meihua Mountain, Fujian Meihua Mountain South China Tiger Breeding Research Institute to investigate the development of the Luosheng wildlife in the Longyan City. Wei Xiaomin, director of the National Nature Reserve Management Bureau of Meihua Mountain in Fujian, accompanied the investigation.
