On the morning of September 3rd, Typhoon "Xuan Lannuo" was approaching my country's coastal coast. It is expected that it will be moved into the East China Sea today and gradually approach the coast of the northeast of Zhejiang. Affected by typhoons, Ningbo and Zhoushan's main passenger transport routes in Zhejiang have stopped sailing, and coastal scenic spots were closed in many places.

On the morning of the 3rd, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a typhoon yellow warning saying that at 9 am on the 3rd, the center of Typhoon "Xuan Lannuo" No. 11 this year was located in Taiwan, about 800 kilometers east of Zhujiajian Island, Zhushan City, Zhejiang Province. On the east side, the largest wind near the center is 14 levels (42 meters/s). It is expected that "Xuan Lannuo" will move north to west at a speed of about 15 kilometers per hour. It will move into the East China Sea surface today. The intensity will develop again. The coast is approaching.

Affected by the typhoon, the Ningbo Maritime Safety Administration decided to enter the emergency response of the IIII defense station from 12 noon on the 3rd on the 3rd. According to reports, as of 9 am on the 3rd, all 27 major passenger transport routes in Ningbo have been suspended, and all 12 main wading projects have been suspended. There are more than 1,300 ships in Hong Kong business ships and nearly 4,000 fishing vessels in Hong Kong. At present, Zhejiang has issued early warning signals to take multiple measures to prevent typhoons. Zhejiang Ningbo, Taizhou, Zhoushan and other coastal scenic spots are closed. "The typhoon is coming, and the entire island will not let it come up." On the afternoon of the 3rd, the staff of the Yuhuan Dalu Island Scenic Area in Taizhou told reporters that the scenic spot was temporarily closed and it is expected to return to normal business in a few days. The staff of Ningbo Meishan Bay Beach Park also said that being temporarily closed by the typhoon affecting the park, and the specific opening time was unreasonable. At present, there is no heavy wind and rain in the local area.

A resident of Shitang Town, Wenling City, Taizhou City, said that the waves in the afternoon of the 3rd also gradually became larger, but it has not affected the traffic and residents' lives in the town. A villager in Qigen Village, Qinggang Town, Yuhuan City told reporters that his family planted a lot of grapefruit trees and was worried that the typhoon was coming to damage the fruit tree and was urgently reinforced on the trunk.
