Weather forecasting, meteorological satellite monitoring remote sensing application, meteorological information and other experts and Pakistana analyzed the weather and climate of Pakistan have encountered heavy rain since June. Since June, the China Meteorological Administration has continued to pay attention to the occurrence and development of disasters, and has maintained contact and communication with the Pakistan Meteorological Administration, and conducts multiple support services. Quickly start the emergency protection mechanism of the Fengyun Meteorological Satellite International users, disaster prevention and mitigation, and use Fengyun No. 3 and No. 4 meteorological satellites to carry out flood monitoring and analysis, and provide services according to the needs of Pakistan. Update and upgrade CMACAST hardware and software systems to ensure stable operation, provide real -time meteorological data transmission services for Pakistan, and provide meteorological data support for Pakistan's meteorological forecast and post -disaster recovery during the flood. According to Zhou Ningfang, chief forecast at the National Meteorological Center, in early September, Pakistan's precipitation was weak.
