The high standard construction follows the yellow composite ecological corridor, which effectively guarantees the water quality of the Yellow River Basin.

According to the relevant departments of Henan Province, the 126 million yuan of ecological compensation funds obtained this time will be included in the provincial ecological environmental fund budget, which is specially used to support the construction of water pollution control, ecological restoration, drinking water source protection, and ecological environment monitoring capacity construction in the Yellow River Basin. All 133 counties (cities, districts) signed a horizontal ecological compensation agreement. As of the end of May this year, a total of 324 million yuan in horizontal ecological compensation funds were paid. Among them, the downstream compensation upstream was 217 million yuan, and the upstream compensation was 107 million yuan, and the compensation amount exceeded the compensation amount. It shows that the upstream water quality is continuously improved.
