Liu Jiafeng's brother -in -law Zhang Wenhui told Jimu Journalists that Liu Jiafeng was the youngest son of the family, and he had three sisters. When he was a child, Liu Jiafeng fell from the tree and caused the brain to injury. Later, he had a mental problem and could not communicate with people normally.

In December 2008, Liu Jiafeng wanted to return to his hometown in Shaanxi to find his sister, so he took a car from Zaoyang alone. Unexpectedly, Liu Jiafeng took the wrong car and came to Wuhan.

On September 2 this year, the Bai Shazhou Market Police Station of the Hongshan Branch of the Wuhan Public Security Bureau received an alarm that a wandering man appeared in the nearby agricultural product market. It was unclear where the man came from and was unwilling to leave the market. After the efforts of the police, Liu Jiafeng finally recognized a photo of his sister. Liu Jiafeng's relatives also confirmed that the man was Liu Jiafeng, who was lost 14 years ago.

At about 3 am on September 5th, Liu Jiafeng's brother -in -law Zhang Wenhui and three other relatives rushed to Wuhan from Zaoyang. At the scene of the relatives, Zhang Wenhui was very excited and kept thanking the Wuhan police for their help. This time, it was not easy to find Liu Jiafeng.
