On September 2nd, the people and assistant policemen of the Nancheng Police Station of Lishui County Public Security Bureau of Huanggang City, Hubei Province and the person in charge of the rescue station of the County Civil Affairs Bureau came to Laishui County People's Hospital to hand over 25 new ID cards in the hands of the old man. Lishui has since become their warm home.

In April of this year, the Pushui County Civil Affairs Bureau asked for help from the Nancheng Police Station for 25 signs of begging for the elderly. These elderly people suffer from different degrees of spirit and intellectual obstacles. In order to implement the relevant requirements of the national rescue of wandering begging personnel, the Public Security Bureau of Pushui County Public Security Bureau and the South City Police Station conducted a careful research and review of the issues of the 25 landorf staff requested by the County Civil Affairs Bureau.
