After the earthquake, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Emergency Management, the Sichuan Provincial Food and Material Reserve Bureau emergency deployment of 4,400 tops, provincial -level disaster relief tents, 14,000 quilts, and 14,000 folding beds. It is reported that Sichuan Province had 51,000 provincial disaster relief supplies to Ganzi Prefecture in the early stage, and more than 25,000 provincial disaster relief materials from Ya'an.

After the earthquake, in addition to the deployment of disaster relief supplies for the first time, many medical rescue forces also gathered quickly and rushed to the earthquake -stricken area to participate in rescue, including many experts familiar with earthquake medical rescue.

After the earthquake, the national (Sichuan) Chinese medicine emergency medical rescue team immediately responded. The Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital of the Rescue Team Base Hospital quickly studied the disaster and assembled the team members, dispatched emergency supplies, and sent a rapid response team to the earthquake area for rescue work. The rapid response team includes 10 players and 2 ambulances, and carried emergency drugs, medical consumables and various emergency materials to the earthquake area.

After the earthquake, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital has dispatched two batches of 29 medical staff to Luding County. Quickly responded to the small team and went to Luding County as soon as possible to guide the seismic wounded.
