At 12:52 on September 5th, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Moxi Town, Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with a depth of 16 kilometers.On the afternoon of the same day, the Ganzi Special Police Assault Rescue Group patrolled the streets of Hailuogou, Musi Town, Luding County, and received a call for help from the public that a 40 -year -old man was pressed under the collapsed house, and they immediately rushed to the scene for rescue.
