Zhuang Yan, who has been engaged in disaster relief for many years, mainly includes disaster preparation, humanitarian assistance, rescue training, donation of hematopoietic stem cells, corneal donations, and organ donations.

Due to Zhuang Yan's work reasons, in July each year, she received the help of many poor seniors in poor seniors. But how does the cost of assisting them? Zhuang Yan first thought of mobilizing enterprises. But when she was acting, she found that one family mobilized enterprise, not only Zhuang Yan and her colleagues could not reach it, but also the hope of promoting cooperation was slim.

Who is looking for? How to find a caring person to help poor students realize the university dream? Zhuang Yan's mind thought about a dozen plans, but was later denied. In the end, she organized the children's college entrance examination stories and family situations, and contacted Binzhou TV with the mood of trying. I hope to try to use media forces to mobilize the whole society to help these students fulfill their dreams.

When the relevant person in charge of the TV station talked to Zhuang Yan, he decided to join forces with the Municipal Red Cross to establish a rescue column together. After many studies and consultations, on July 5, 2018, the first large -scale public welfare assistance column in the province, "Love Nuanbin Prefecture". The story of the children was spread through the media, which moved many people, and more and more social forces joined the team of Yuanmeng University.

From the first phase to rescue one student, to the second phase to rescue 55, the third phase was rescued 63, until the fourth phase was rescued 56. In four years, with the joint efforts of the Municipal Red Cross and Binzhou TV Station, 175 Hanmen students Yuanmeng University! With their continued efforts, "Love Warm Binzhou" has become a large -scale public welfare assistance column with Binzhou characteristics, collecting donations, assistance, and dissemination. In the five years since the launch of the column, a total of 7.699 million yuan was raised to send charcoal in the snow to 576 difficult people.

Today, Zhuang Yan has received fewer help, but she can receive a letter of thanks by the students every year and entrusts her to convey gratitude to the caring people who help them.

Zhuang Yan also has a special job responsibility. She is still a special "postman"! The reason for specializing is that in addition to love, she also has a heavy life gift -human tissue and organs.

The gift "organ donation" comes from the end of life is the hope of many families.

In 2010, my country officially launched the pilot work of human organ donation, and the profession of human organ donation coordinator followed. However, until 2014, this profession in Binzhou was blank, which means that Binzhou cannot carry out organ donation. That year, Zhuang Yan secretly resolved and obtained a coordinator's certificate.

However, with a certificate, it is just the beginning of work. Soon after the start of this job, Zhuang Yan encountered a corneal donation. Before rushing to the hospital, she repeatedly conceived and practiced in her heart: "What should I say when I see my family members, how to deal with misunderstandings ..."

However, when she really came to Taobe, all the preparations were defeated by the scene in front of her: in the silent and depressed space, a lady kneeling beside the carving platform, sobbing her head, she was lying next to her Mother. Today, the mother and daughter are separated from yin and yang, and how many warm pictures can only be the past and memories. It was the first time she realized that silentness was more heartbroken than crying.

At that moment, Zhuang Yan suddenly realized that the sadness of her daughter at this time could not be alleviated by the more carefully designed language and expression. The donation work is to face death first. The flesh is connected, and the donor will have a knife on the remains after accepting the death of his loved ones.

In June 2015, a donor reached a state of donation, and the organ obtaining surgery was scheduled to be at 2 am. Zhuang Yan told reporters that it was her first independent witness organ donation. In the middle of the night, she couldn't sleep over and over, and repeatedly deduced it in her mind: which way to go, and there are more people; from which angle, to see the scene of the surgery to avoid seeing the bloody organs; after the operation, how can she donate donations after the operation? The body of the person was sent to the peace ... Thinking of this, she only felt that the scalp was numb, the back was cold, and even some regretted obtaining a coordinator's certificate.

In the hospital, as the only lady at the scene, she came to the surgical layer alone; the long and long corridor had only a light at the end. Zhuang Yan's eyes closed and lowered her head, almost rushing into the operating room in one breath.

Two hours later, the surgery ended, and Zhuang Yan walked out of the building with exhaustion. The donor's mother came over and said hoarsely to her, "Girl, thank you for accompanying him to finish this last journey." Looking at the old man's figure, the wrinkled face was filled with white hair with black hair and sent black hair. In the sadness of people, Zhuang Yan couldn't help tears again, and her mood collapsed completely.

Zhuang Yan is a Qingdao girl. Because she is busy with work, she has a rare time to go home to visit. Several times, she received a call from Binzhou in Qingdao. The surgery was not waiting. If she had no time to say goodbye to her family, Zhuang Yan rushed to Binzhou non -stop.

After being a mother, he said in the middle of the night, the child was young, crying for her mother, and Zhuang Yan had to throw it to the old man. Zhuang Yan said that she sometimes feels guilty about her family, and she will shake when she overcome difficulties. But every time she witnessed the cute and respectful Binzhou people, she would be moved by them and generated infinite power to overcome difficulties.

In July 2016, 61 -year -old Communist Party member Li Chengyong wore old flower mirrors and oxygen pipes, and solemnly signed his name on the application form of the body donation. Because of the late cancer, the elderly decided to contribute the body to the country's scientific research at the last moment of life and donate the cornea to the person in need. After giving him the registration procedure, Zhuang Yan saw the old man holding his right fist again, and almost exhausted his strength: Long live the Communist Party of China! This scene made Zhuang Yan unforgettable.

I have been engaged in the work of human organ donation and coordinator for 8 years.
