In order to strengthen road traffic management, further alleviate the traffic pressure in the urban area, and create a more orderly transportation environment for state celebration activities, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Implementation Regulations of the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law" and the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" Laws and regulations, in accordance with the actual situation of our city, decided to adjust the "Notice on the Limited Freight Motors in the Urban Area" (Yanshi Zhengfa [2015] No. 31). The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Nuclear loading 10 tons (including) and above car loading vehicles forbidden time and area

Forbidden time: September 1 -September 4th at 24:00

Forbidden area: east of Xinmin Street, Chaoyang Street, Nangang Street, west of Yongchun Street, north of Longyan Highway, and all roads in the south of Yanbei Road (excluding the above roads).

2. Special traffic regulations

Urban water supply, power supply, gas supply, communication, medical, postal, municipal, gardens, sanitation and other public facilities construction, maintenance units, and major people's livelihood needs such as disaster relief and engineering rescue. Freight vehicles can apply to the municipal public security traffic police department to apply for a temporary pass with relevant departments or units.

Third, those who violate this announcement will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the People's Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law" and the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China".

4. If the relevant vehicle restrictions before the release of this notice are inconsistent with this notice, this announcement shall prevail.
