In the late 1980s, Song Xinqiang was born in the northern countryside. The biggest pleasure of his childhood was to grab and fight with his friends, make beetle specimens, and observe various animals and plants. The seeds who like to contact nature intimately are buried in Song Xinqiang's heart and quietly sprouts. He hopes that when he grows up, he can go to the forest to shoot flowers and animals.

The seeds of dreams bloom and bear fruit

After graduating from college, Song Xinqiang came to the Great Nature Reserve of Sichuan Daxiangling Provincial Nature Reserve, where wild animals and plant resources were extremely rich in patrol work. His wishes were realized one by one.

Daxiangling is rich in vegetation, rugged mountains, and there are more than a hundred kilometers up and down mountains. Song Xinqiang found that his physical strength could not keep up for the first time. After finishing his work, his muscles were sore for a full week. In addition, he also found that the knowledge he learned in school is far from meeting the needs of the work. In order to better complete the work, Song Xinqiang worked hard to exercise his physical fitness, continuously learn professional knowledge, and improve his business ability.

With the accumulated efforts, Song Xinqiang found many wild animals and plants that had not been recorded before, including one -leaf grass, round leaf cuckoo, Xikang magnolia, etc., which enriched the local key protection of wild animals and plants. At the same time, the photography works he filmed during the patrol also received more and more people's approval. It is not only used for books and videos to publish and produce, but also allows him to be rated as the advanced promotion of the Grand Panda National Park in 2020. Personally, in 2021, he won the first prize of the character type of "Being a Good Forest Ren Hongxin to the Party" photography competition. The seeds buried in Song Xinqiang gradually blossomed.

Although there have been multiple management and protection stations in the reserve, there are still some investigation areas inconvenient traffic, communication is not guaranteed, and water use of water and electricity tensions.

In April 2020, Song Xinqiang led a team into Dashiba to carry out dynamic monitoring of the giant panda population. In the afternoon, most of the team members returned one after another, but a group of groups had not returned. There is no signal in the Shenshan mobile phone, and no response is shouting. Everyone is very worried. Everyone can only look at the direction of Dashan. Seeing that it was dark, the team members finally returned, and everyone was relieved.

After the daily patrol work, Song Xinqiang's most anticipated is the bonfire party. A group of people with soaked clothes to warm around the bonfire, while baking clothes, while talking about the sky, laughing and healing the fatigue of the body.

Use photography to interpret the beauty of biological diversity

For every wild patrolman, injury is commonplace. Once Song Xinqiang ended the patrol work. When he went to the hospital, he was diagnosed with perforation of the drumper by a doctor, which caused him to not communicate with his colleagues normally for 2 months, and he also made a lot of jokes.

Song Xinqiang, who was optimistic and strong, did not take this injury to heart. He believed that hearing would not affect his vision, nor would he prevent him from using the camera, and still entered the mountains to patrol and shoot.

Song Xinqiang, who has worked in the south for many years, has not returned to his hometown in the north for a long time. I ca n’t go home and filial piety. Song Xinqiang always feels guilty, but his parents always comfort him: "We can take care of ourselves, you work hard."
