Cleaning after swimming is not just bathing

Skin care

After swimming, the germs can easily remain on the skin. In addition, the chlorine pool is often disinfected with a swimming pool, which is easy to stimulate the skin. Therefore, it must be carefully cleaned after swimming. Generally speaking, the stratum corneum of the skin is not resistant to alkali, bathing with strong alkali soap, and the skin is easy to dry. Therefore, it is recommended to choose weakly acidic, mild facial cleanser and shower gel.

In addition, after bathing, the skin will become more dry due to water evaporation. In order to avoid dry skin, dry the water immediately after bathing, and apply skin care products with moisturizing effects.

After swimming, remove water in the ear canal in time. The method is to stand in place, the head is biased towards one side, jumps a few times with one leg, and then gently wipe out the outer ear canal with a cotton ball. Do not blindly dig into the ear canal, otherwise once the skin can be broken, it can easily cause ear canal infections.

Eye protection

After swimming, remember to drip eye drops to prevent acute conjunctivitis (commonly known as "red eye disease").

Teeth

Due to the addition of disinfectants in the pool water, the enamel of the teeth will be eroded to varying degrees. For this reason, rinse your mouth in time after swimming.

Hair care

The chlorine agent in the pool water will damage the hair, causing the hair to be yellow and dry. After swimming, you must use the conditioner or the hair mask to strengthen the repair in time. Don't think about it to go home and slowly deal with it. Miss the golden repair period. You can use hair oil before blowing to make your hair soft and not easy to knot.
