I also found that everyone seems to have special expectations for being the "tube leader", especially children will be very happy to become "management leaders". Because I was afraid of making the wrong order, I would not deliberately let the children be "controlled", but if it was the child's turn, he would still hand the tube to him and repeatedly tell him and his parents to confirm the order. This seemingly simple thing is actually more complicated, and there are many places that need to be humanized. But I think that as long as I do it with my heart, I will definitely find the right method.

voluntary work

In my eyes, community volunteers are community work and the blending agent of the masses. Maybe because I am both a volunteer and a resident of the community, everyone is more easy to accept if I say it, so I will guide everyone, such as not storing vegetables, staying in the community more, and so on.

What touched me most was that when residents lined up to do nucleic acids, they would ask for warmth: "You are so hard, have you eaten?" Simple greetings and concern will make me feel particularly warm. Feeling the collective power can make our volunteers suffer. I believe that we can overcome difficulties together.
