The storage tank dome with a weight of nearly 1200 tons will use the fan system to increase the operation through the air pressure to 60 meters. The success of the liter means that the main structure of the storage tank is basically completed.

The first phase of the "Green Port" project in China Sea Oil Yancheng has built a total of 4 220,000 cubic meters of storage tanks and 6 270,000 cubic meters of storage tanks, with a total tank of 2.5 million cubic meters. This time the tank dome rising top is the construction process with the largest technical difficulty and the highest safety factor requirements during the construction of the storage tank.

After all the "Green Port" of China Sea Oil Yancheng was put into operation at the end of 2023, the liquefied natural gas processing capacity will reach 6 million tons, which is equivalent to 8.5 billion cubic meters of gaseous natural gas, which can be used by Jiangsu's people's livelihood for about 28 months.

It takes at least 500,000 cubic meters of air to raise the big dome, which is equivalent to filling 700 million football in it. In order to "blow" this behemoth to a height of 60 meters, the construction staff installed 4 110 -kilowatt fans as a power system.

In order to ensure that the dome does not tilt or overwhelm the dome during the process, the average distribution of a balanced guidance system composed of 24 groups of steel wire rope and pulley set along the storage tank to ensure that the storage tank is improved in accordance with the design route during the lifting process. At the same time, pressure and displacement detection systems are also installed on the wall and dome of the pot. The digital intelligent monitoring platform monitors real -time monitoring to ensure that the dome is safe and stable to reach the design location.

When the dome rose to the predetermined position, when the pressure in the can, the construction staff welded it with the top of the tank wall and finally completed the rise.
