He pointed out that carbon tax will seriously restrict my country's sustainable economic and social development. The cost of domestic hydrogen injection is also high. It is 2 to 3 times that of the same type of diesel heavy card, and the operating cost is high.

The weight card equipped with a 250kWh lithium battery is only 130 kilometers, and the heavy card battery life with a 240kW fuel cell system+hydrogen system can reach 700 kilometers. The middle and long -distance logistics routes such as ports, mining, and residue transportation are long and relatively fixed. The layout of the hydrogenation station is relatively easy, and the development of fuel cell heavy trucks is more advantageous.

Therefore, he suggested to accelerate the commercialization process of the heavy truck of fuel cells, adopt the national demonstration urban agglomeration subsidy model, and provide financial subsidies for vehicle purchase and hydrogen prices; the use of wind power photovoltaic resource subsidies to realize the pure hydrogen supplement and use low -cost hydrogen pure pure pure hydrogen, and use low -cost hydrogen pure pure pure hydrogen. Shanxi is the largest coking coal production base in the world. In this regard, Lin Zhongqin suggested that the Shanxi hydrogen energy industry should play the two cards of "the most advantageous hydrogen prices in the country" and "the largest heavy truck application base in the country" to gather national wisdom, introduce high -quality enterprises, and build a high -level "technical chain" And "Industrial Chain"; Give fuel cell heavy truck purchase subsidies, and control the hydrogen injects to 20 yuan/kg.
