It is stipulated that the owner shall not violate the agreement without paying the property fee, and the property service person shall not take extreme methods to pay the property fee.

The owners and users shall sign the decoration management agreement; if the facilities such as gas, fire protection, and other facilities shall be processed in accordance with the law; personnel.

Large -piece garbage disposal:

It stipulates that large pieces of garbage should be stored separately from other domestic garbage. For conditional residential property service areas, the fixed storage point for large pieces of garbage can be set up.

Trees trimmed, migrated, and fell in the property service area:

The transplantation and cutting of trees shall be jointly decided by the owner, and the garden greening authorities of the people's government of the county (city, district) shall be approved.

Parking parking and sale, parking spaces and garage adding:

If the owner has a road or other public venues to park motor vehicles, the owner shall jointly decide whether to charge the relevant costs.

Property services should establish and improve the parking management system of community in accordance with the law, strengthen the parking management of motor vehicle parking in the property service area, and take reasonable measures to discourage and stop illegal parking behavior.

Repair and management of maintenance funds:

Clarify the deposit rules of maintenance funds under different circumstances, as well as the requirements for the storage and value -added income of maintenance funds.
