Issue standards

The province will be implemented in accordance with 90%of the local minimum wage standards. The minimum wage standard with Yunnan Province was adjusted simultaneously in 2022, and the adjustment standard for the adjustment of the unemployment insurance fund after the adjustment was:

(1) 1710 yuan/month in a category.

(2) 1575 yuan/month in the second category.

(3) 1440 yuan/month in three types of regions.

Work requirements

(1) For those who meet the conditions for unemployment insurance, all localities must ensure that they are issued in full on time in accordance with the adjustment standards.

(2) Adjust the funds required by the unemployment insurance standards, and list from the unemployment insurance funds in the regions of various states (cities). Each state (city) shall strengthen the management of income and expenditure in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Yunnan Provincial Unemployment Insurance Regulations" to ensure that the fund's income and expenditure are balanced; the state (city) with a gap between funds can be applied for provincial -level adjustment in accordance with regulations.
