At 12:52 on September 5, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. The 33 meteorological stations located in the epicenter were interrupted due to the damage data of the power and communication facilities.

In order to restore the seizure meteorological data as soon as possible, the Ganzi Meteorological Bureau organized two emergency rescue guarantee teams for the first time, and carried emergency observation equipment to the Township of Musician.

At around 14:00, the first team was led by Ran Ke, deputy director of the Ganzi Meteorological Bureau. From the State Meteorological Bureau, a group of four carried a set of portable emergency observation equipment and went to Luding County Meteorological Bureau through the Yakang Expressway.

After arriving at the Luding County Meteorological Bureau, after confirming that there were no personnel casualties, they immediately integrated the power of the county's meteorological bureau and continued to penetrate the earthquake.

Mosixi Town is located in the south of Luding County, located at the entrance of the east slopes of the Gongga Mountain Scenic Area and the Hailuogou Glacier Forest Park. The distance from Luding County to Moxi Town is 51 kilometers, and it can be reached for an hour normally.

However, at this time, the group did not know that the road to Musi was extremely difficult.

At around 18:30, driving at the Huguogou Tunnel at the Huguogou Tunnel in Yuluo Road, the team stopped again. At this time, it was less than 6 kilometers away from Moxi Town. After waiting for almost half an hour, Ran Ke and others decided to go through the tunnel on foot. While understanding the situation, they were looking for a signal to pass information to the outside.

However, the news of the collapse of the road base in front of the road came again, and the itinerary was blocked again.

Ran Ke and others retreated decisively and decided to cross Jaca's mountains and drive in from another road.

In the past three hours, Tan Shaohua, director of Ganzi Meteorological Bureau, has formed another six -person team to drive X -band radar to turn over Jakaga Gaoshan to Musi.

"After the first team departed, we urgently transferred the radar car that was undergoing field observations from Kowloon County." At around 15:30, the radar car immediately set off again without the fire. Tan Shaohua has participated in the 2018 Jinsha River Baige Charter Lake and 2020 Danba's half -door mudslide rescue rescue security. He knows that the sooner he arrives in the disaster area, the rescue is one more hope.

"At that time, I just wanted to rush to Musi as soon as possible." Liu Chenggang, deputy director of the Ganzi Meteorological Observatory in Luding, was one of the guarantee team members. He took the initiative to apply for support.

At 17:00 on the 5th, the team arrived at Musi, and immediately divided labor collaboration to debug the radar. At 18:20, the radar debugged, and after 10 minutes, I began to obtain the epicinal meteorological data.

On the other side, after Ran Ke and others returned to Luding County from the Hailuogou Tunnel, it was 22:00, and the day of the night was not rushed back to Kangding due to the day of the road control. So I decided to stay in Luding County for one night, and returned to Kangding the next morning, and turned over Jaca again. At 11:00 on the 6th, the team finally arrived at Musi and merged with Tan Shaohua.

At 11:50 on the 6th, after the emergency observation equipment rack carried by Ran Ke and his party was set up, the data began to be transmitted normally.
