According to the "American News and World Report" on the 8th, Turkish President Erdogan said on the same day that he hoped that Russia's grain would be exported. Erdogan said that Russian President Putin's complaints are right. Ukrainian grains exported under the UN agreement are flowing to rich countries instead of poor countries.
It is reported that the food export agreement reached in July this year aims to ensure that the ships enter and exit Ukraine safely to avoid the global grain crisis. The agreement allowed Ukraine to export tens of millions of tons of grain, which also promoted Russia's exports.

However, Erdogan said at a press conference at Croaton on the 8th that the food exported to Ukraine was being transported to a country that imposed sanctions against Moscow. Erdogan said, "Unfortunately, food flows to rich countries, not poor countries."
The day before, Putin said at the seventh Eastern Economic Forum Plenary that Western countries used Ukraine's grain exports to deceive the poorest countries, but Russia will continue to work to ensure that all goals are achieved. Putin pointed out that it is precisely because Russia demands the interests of the poor economy and prevents the hunger of these countries that Russia's pseudo -partners and geopolitical opponents put pressure on Russia.
"American News and World Report" believes that Putin intends to increase restrictions on food exports of Ukraine.
