Global cancer data released by the World Health Organization International Cancer Research Agency shows that breast cancer has become the world's largest cancer. The popularity of breast cancer among different countries is very different. Comprehensive analysis of influencing factors of national levels helps scientifically determine the prevention and control of breast cancer, and accurately formulates breast cancer prevention and control programs.

In view of this, Professor Daimin team of Beijing Xiehe Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences analyzes the latest open source data of the "Global Disease Cover Research (GBD)" and the World Bank, which describes the female breast cancer of 60 countries around the world in 2000 to 2019 The disease burden and change trends have been explored, and the possible impact factors are explored. The trend analysis shows that in the past two decades, the incidence of breast cancer in 26 countries has increased significantly, of which most of them have developed countries in developing countries, and female breast cancer mortality in 9 countries has increased significantly. In addition, the incidence and mortality rate of female breast cancer in 22 countries have shown a decline.

The analysis believes that the incidence and mortality of female breast cancer show a trend of stability or decline in countries with higher human development indexes. In addition, researchers conducted ecological analysis of national level metabolic, lifestyle, socio -economic factors exposed to the incidence of female breast cancer and mortality. The results show that the incidence of high breast cancer is related to higher high cholesterol epidemic rates. The mortality rate of high breast cancer is related to the high epidemic rate of obesity and lower the coverage of national health care.
