Qingmao Customs seizes a batch of shark fin products in passenger baggage

Recently, two batches of shark fins seized by Qingmao Customs in the luggage of passengers were included in the “International Convention on the International Trade of Endangered Wild and Plants” (CITES) Appendix II. At present, customs have been further treated in accordance with regulations.

At 23:00 on August 3, a mainland man wearing a white short -sleeved man entered the country through the Customs of Qingmao Port Travel Inspection Hall. The on -site officers intercepted it and seized a batch of suspected endangered animal shark fin products wrapped in transparent plastic bags from their backpacks and handbags, totaling 7.8 kg.

At around 19:30 on August 9th, a mainland man wearing a yellow -sleeved mainland man entered the country through the Customs of Qingmao Port Travel Inspection Hall. Intective investigation, a batch of suspected endangered animal shark fin products wrapped in transparent plastic bags was seized from its black backpack and handbags, totaling 4.9 kg.

After identification, these two craftsmanship contains granular blue kiss plow head products, Lu's Shuangjia shark products, and Australian spiked heads. List as an Appendix II protection species of the International Trade Convention (CITES) of Endangered Wild and Plants.
