According to the inspection arrangement of the Municipal Party Committee, the Second Inspection Team of the Municipal Party Committee conducted a preparation of the East Tower Community Party Branch. "How many acres of fields do you have? Whether the crops are affected by drought ..." On August 17, the cadres of the inspection team came to the community to visit the masses. Considering that the recent high temperature and high temperature weather continues, everyone focuses on the construction and operation of farmland water conservancy facilities and cultivated land.

Many people report that there is a problem with water for farmland, and crops such as rice are facing the risk of production reduction. "I planted 3 acres of late rice, and the farmland was about to dry up, and water sources were urgently needed." Xiao Zhonghua, a resident of the community dock, anxiously led the inspection team to the field. Following the direction of Xiao Zhonghua's fingers, everyone saw some rice falling to varying degrees. "In the past, where did you adjust the water?" The cadres of the inspection team asked about the situation. "Originally pumping from the river through the pump. Later, the pump room was removed and the canal was broken, so I could only watch the sky for dinner." Xiao Zhonghua returned.

After inspecting the pumping room of the dock group at the site, the inspection team held a meeting that night to discuss the problem of irrigation water for farmland. According to statistics, some farmlands of the community dock, Caijia Group, Pingyu Group, and Luojia Group are high. In addition, the water pump houses are not water, and more than 300 acres of farmland are drought to varying degrees.

On August 18, the inspection team convened relevant personnel such as the party branch secretary of the East Tower Community and the chairman of Youfa Group to further understand the situation and study the solution. It turned out that as early as 2010, Youfa Group demolished agricultural irrigation facilities in the dock group when implementing the flood prevention project of Youxian County. Since then, it has purchased temporary water pumps to ensure community irrigation water and give residents to certain compensation. In 2017, Youfa Group started the construction of water pump houses in the dock group and passed the acceptance in September 2018. But who bought the pump, the opinions of Youfa Group and the community are different. The pump room has not been able to run normally, and the temporary water pump has also been idle for various reasons.

"Grain production is related to the safety of food in the country, and it is more related to the vital interests of the people. It must solve the problem of irrigation as soon as possible." Under the coordination of the cadres of the inspection team, the two units finally reached a consensus. The neighborhood committee is responsible for procurement and installation.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Second Inspection Team of the Municipal Party Committee, the pump was installed and used normally on August 28. At present, the drought of more than 300 acres of farmland in the four groups of Dongta Community has been effectively relieved.
