On September 9, Guangzhou held a second joint meeting of the third -party supervision and evaluation committee of the enterprise involved in the case. At the meeting site, the "Guangzhou City Involved Enterprise Compliance White Paper" and "Guangzhou Cross -border E -commerce Industry Compliance Guidelines (Trial)" were released.

The "Guideline" was jointly released by eight departments including the People's Procuratorate of Guangzhou City. Cross -border e -commerce companies must not engage in "pushing orders", "brush orders", pseudo -reporting, secondary sales, and escape. It is reported that the "Guidelines" is a guiding document for corporate compliance industries jointly produced by the first domestic judicial organs and administrative departments, with a view to helping the cross -border e -commerce industry to provide compliance operations.
