In 2016, I became the fifth group of members and part -time team leaders of the China Medical Team in South Sudan. When I first tuned, my mood was very complicated. I felt confused and doubted whether I could compete for the heavy responsibility of the motherland to me. I also secretly worried whether I was in a foreign country with a fire of war. Before departure, after completing the system training of foreign aid medical work, my confidence gradually strengthened, and it strengthened my determination to complete my mission.

When I first arrived in South Sudan, my heart was full of excitement, surprise, and anxiety. To work there, it is necessary to adapt to the actual situation of the local area: use the infusion leather strip and saline bottle as a closure of the thoracic drainage to rescue patients with thoracic hemorrhage; use a flashlight instead of shadow light lighting for surgery; use the ureter and syringe instead of the attractor to treat the breathing channel ... … After many years, these pictures are still vivid. It is under such unimaginable difficult conditions, and the team members and I do their best to treat each patient with great pressure.

At noon on June 1, 2017, a child with a broken tongue was unattended in the hospital. When I was eating at the station, I received a call from the hospital for help. For children, the tongue was broken and cleaned. At the end of June, a patient suffered from mump tumors and found me when he heard the news. I conducted a careful examination for the patient, and found that the parotid tumor was large and hard, the surgery was very difficult, and it belonged to dental disease. I can actually refuse euphemistically, but I think of my last hope. As a doctor, I can't bear to disappoint patients. I made a decision with great pressure: do it, do it well! Therefore, I checked information, find videos, and asked for help domestic dental doctors. After careful preparation and full plan, I completed this difficult interdisciplinary surgery, and won the conviction and affirmation of the local peers with technology.

South Sudan watched the year and was nervous with blood. Due to malnutrition, the incidence of anemia, the high incidence of anemia, and less knowledge of free blood donation, the enthusiasm of blood donation is not high, and the blood bank has repeatedly rushed. So I took the lead and participated in the free blood donation activities. The superb technical and selfless dedication of the Chinese medical team has been recognized by local patients and peers. Soon, we have a piece with local patients and medical staff. Although our skin tone and culture are different, the concept of treating diseases and saving people is similar. When everyone successfully treats patients, the joy and pride overflow on everyone's face.

Actual aid, a lifetime of affection. Although my foreign aid mission is over, our foreign medical work has been continuing. When I saw the work of Chinese medical players' work in documentaries such as "Medical Pathlessness" and "For the Health of the People", I felt extremely proud. I often look at the circle of friends in front of me, watching those familiar pictures, and I seem to return to the hot land again. There is also our medical team "Team Journal". Although the conditions were very difficult when founded, the "children" that gathered foreign aid team members are now 5 years old. The friendly story of the Sudan people continues.

In a magnificent era, how lucky is it in a country with the supremacy and life of the people! It is also a blessing to have the opportunity to participate in foreign aid work! The experience of foreign aid has also become an unforgettable memories in my life. I spontaneously became a propaganda of foreign editors. I felt the power of the motherland and the hardships of the happy life, and injecting more for me to continue to take the medical path.
