In recent decades, more and more adults under the age of 50 have suffered from cancer. A study conducted by American scientists showed that the incidence of early hairstyle cancer (cancer diagnosed before the age of 50, including breast cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, renal cancer, liver cancer, and pancreatic cancer, etc. The world has risen sharply.

In order to understand why more and more young people were diagnosed with cancer, scientists conducted a wide range of analysis of the available data in literature and the network, including early life exposure information that could lead to this trend. The results of the research were published on September 6 in "Natural Review -Clinical Oncology".

"We have observed the so -called 'birth queue effect' from the data. This effect shows that each group of people who are born later than those who have a higher risk of cancer in future lives may be higher, which may be exposed to them when they are young. Risk factors are related to Shuji Ogino, a professor at the Bridhm Women's Hospital.

They found that this risk is increasing among each generation. For example, people born in 1960 were more risk of cancer than those born in 1950 before the age of 50. Researchers predict that this risk will continue to rise among generations in the future.

Ogino, main authors Tomotaka UGAI, and colleagues first analyzed global data of 14 different cancers among adults under the age of 50. Then, the research team searched for existing research, which discussed the trend of possible risk factors, including the early exposure of the early people. Finally, they studied literature describing the clinical and biological tumor characteristics of late hairstyle cancer diagnosed with early -haired cancer and 50 -year -old diagnosis.

It was found that in the past few decades, early life exposure, including diet, weight, lifestyle, environment and microbial groups, has changed significantly. Therefore, they assume that factors such as Western diet and lifestyle may be the cause of the epidemic of early cancer.

Since the 1950s, risk factors such as deep processing food, sugar -containing beverages, and sedentary have increased significantly, and researchers have speculated that this is related to the change of microbes. "Among the 14 types of cancer we studied, 8 types are related to the digestive system." UGAI said, "The diet directly affects microorganisms, and these changes will eventually affect the risk and results of diseases."

Surprisingly, researchers have found that although adults' sleep time has not changed dramatically in the past few decades, children's sleep time is much less than decades ago.

The research team acknowledged that the incidence of certain cancer types increased, partly due to early discovery of cancer screening projects. Although it is impossible to accurately measure how large the proportion can be attributed to screening and early testing, they point out that the increase in the incidence of many cancers is unlikely to be the result of strengthening the screening.
