The property staff of the community told Jimu Journalists that at 8 am on the same day, the owner of the community called the property and said that some children hung outside the balcony fence on the 14th floor of the community, and the situation was dangerous. The property staff immediately rushed to the boy's house. After knocking on the door to wake up the boy's parents, the parents successfully hugged the boy into the house.

Property staff said that the boy was only over one year old, and the parents said that they were sleeping at the time, so they didn't notice that the child turned outside the balcony. The child was only frightened and there was no hindrance.
