Rural doctors not only have to take a clinic, but also the more importantly. There are 14 natural villages in Dahuang Village. In the 1970s, the village roads were not hard to basements. The village health station was several kilometers away from each natural village. The roads were rugged, and it was muddy on rainy days. At that time, there was no bicycle. Ou Cailan in the village, her children went out to work, and she lived alone at home. Every time Ou Yiquan came out of her house, he visited her. When she encountered her physical discomfort, Ou Yiquan helped her cook the water and let her take medicine before leaving. There are still many elderly people like Ou Cailan. Ou Yiquan all remember in his heart and often come to know the condition. For the five -guarantee elderly and some difficult families, he often sent medical treatment for medicine for free. In order to facilitate the villagers to see a doctor, Ou Yiquan announced his mobile phone number in each natural village, and recorded the prescriptions prescribed by each patient in the village.

He actively took the front line of the cadres at the grassroots level to the front line of the epidemic prevention and control work, measured the temperature of the masses, and issued an epidemic prevention and control leaflet. With the changes of the times, most villagers have moved to the urban area to live. Although there are more than 700 people in the village, most of them are old and children. The village is more than ten kilometers away from the town health center. The villagers are inconvenient to seek medical treatment. Ou Yiquan said: "For the health of the people in my hometown, I want to stay and take root in my hometown for a lifetime."
