On the Turus Song River in Kazakhstan, a hydropower station with an average annual power generation of nearly 80 million kilowatt -hours is running smoothly.This is the first key project implemented by China and Kazakhstan in the field of hydropower.While effectively alleviating the lack of local power, the hydropower station also helps Kazakhstan's green development.

The Tur Gatson Hydropower Station project is a microcosm of pragmatic cooperation among the member states of the SCO.From September 15th to 16th, the 22nd meeting of the heads of state of the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in the ancient city of Samalham, Uzbekistan.In recent years, member states of SCO Organizations have continuously deepened cooperation in the fields of economic and trade, transportation, energy, and security, restarted the three -party joint working mechanism of the China -Jiwu Railway, and complemented the global initiative of the “Belt and Road”, which has a positive impact on regional development.

In Pakistan, the China -Pakistan Economic Corridor project is also a model of successful cooperation under the framework of the “Belt and Road” initiative.This project not only provides support for Pakistan's economic development, but also provides conditions for multiple Central Asian countries to directly reach the ocean through the port of Gwadar.
