The "Yichang Yihong" processing technology competition is successfully held

On September 8th, the tea processing professional skills competition of the 7th "Skills Champion" contest and the 2022 "Yichang Yong" processing technology competition ended in the Wangjiayu tea processing base of Dengcun, Xiao's Tea Industry in Yiling District.

A total of 34 players from 9 counties and cities including Wufeng, Yiling, Yidu, and Gui Gui participated. In accordance with the "Regulations on the Machining Technology of Yichang Yichang in 2022", during the two -day competition, the players successively conducted black tea matching tests, theoretical assessments and handmade tea.

The review experts from the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Department, the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Three Gorges Vocational and Technical College conducted a sensory password review of 34 tea samples of tea samples in accordance with the "Tea Senior Evaluation Method". In the end, four parts of the players' theoretical examinations, tea samples, on -site practice, and the quality assessment of the finished tea are composed of the total scores of the contestants. According to the ranking, Liu Banghu, Yichang Qingxi Gonggong Tea Co., Ltd., Chen Sicai, Hubei Wufeng Baiyichun Tea Industry Co., Ltd., and Yigui Black Tea Industry Co., Ltd. Huang Yinwu won the top three competitions.
