The classification of urban domestic garbage is also an important manifestation of social civilization. As one of the first batch of 46 garbage classification pilot cities in the country, Taiyuan City actively promoted garbage classification work and carried out garbage classification in 64 streets, 1849 public institutions, 542 communities, and 4466 communities. Up to now, the waste classification of six city districts in Taiyuan City has basically achieved full coverage, providing replicable experience in the province.

The end treatment facilities are the key to achieving garbage classification. In the past ten years, 95 in our province has been completed and put into production domestic waste treatment facilities, with a processing capacity of 31,100 tons/day. Taiyuan and other 9 cities such as Taiyuan have achieved domestic garbage "full incineration and zero landfill". The proportion reached 87%, and the target tasks required to reach more than 65%at the end of the "14th Five -Year Plan" at the end of the national "14th Five -Year Plan".

In the future, our province will continue to promote the construction of waste incineration and kitchen waste treatment facilities, and strive to achieve all 11 districts and cities in the province at the end of this year or early next year. "Fitting", 11 districts and cities and kitchen waste have basically achieved "full collection, full treatment".

At the same time, our province will also actively promote county waste incineration and co -construction and sharing of kitchen waste treatment facilities to further improve the energy efficiency of garbage treatment; actively promote the construction of recyclable recyclables and harmful waste disposal facilities to achieve recyclable recycling and use and use Harmful garbage disposal full coverage.
