As of the end of August, more than 190 enterprises such as automobile production and power battery comprehensive utilization have set up 10,235 recycling service outlets in 326 prefecture -level administrative regions in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country. The third is to carry out a summary of the pilot work of power battery recycling, select and promote a number of power battery recycling and use mature experience and typical projects, encourage business model innovation, strengthen the upstream and downstream docking of the industrial chain, and guide all parties to promote the construction of the recovery system. The fourth is to continuously implement the comprehensive use of waste power batteries to manage the management of industry standards, implement a dynamic adjustment mechanism of "progressive and out", cultivate and strengthen the steps and use backbone enterprises to promote resource elements to gather in advantageous enterprises.
