After the preliminary acceptance and safety pre -assessment of the Hangzhou Hangzhou High -speed Railway Lake Hangzhou section was organized. Evaluate the safety risks in various aspects such as parameters, driving management, and outside the road, and comprehensively grasp the safety of high -speed rail operations, and minimize the safety risk of high -speed rail operations.

The scope of safety assessment mainly covers major driving equipment and facilities such as the Hangzhou High -speed Railway Lake Hangzhou section fixed, mobile, safety, passenger transport, and information systems. The overall assessment and evaluation of systems, equipment quality, operating standards, driving organizations, personnel quality, and emergency plans.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the safety assessment, the Hangzhou Railway Construction Command under the guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other relevant units, planned in advance, held a special seminar on safety assessment many times, and formulated a special rectification plan. In response to the intensive architecture, multiple economic crops, and complex gas pipelines along the line, the headquarters carried out external environmental improvement related work in November 2021. Through many on -site surveys with local governments and railway equipment management units, multiple parties coordinated the gas pipelines to relocate. Reform, external safety hazard management, etc., and establish a work coordination mechanism with all parties, set up special classes, jointly promote various rectification work, and finally realize the basic rectification and sales involving external environmental issues, and effectively ensure the safety of railway transportation.

During the final sprint phase before opening, the Hangzhou Railway Construction Headquarters will further strengthen the coordination with the local governments and railway side along the route to ensure that the Hangzhou -Hangzhou high -speed rail lake Hangzhou section is successfully opened to traffic.
