In recent years, social emergency forces have actively participated in disaster rescue and emergency volunteer services, becoming a useful supplement to my country's emergency rescue force system. At the same time, social emergency forces are becoming more urgent to learn theoretical knowledge and practical technologies. In order to further improve the level of social emergency forces rescue skills, more than 10 units including the rescue coordination and planning of the Emergency Management Department and the Plan for the Administration of the China Earthquake Emergency, Emergency Rescue Promotion Center, Emergency Hospital, China Mountain Climbing Association, China Diving and Salvation Industry Association, More than 20 experts in breaking, ropes, waters, and medical care have been written for two years to complete the building of the building's collapse, rescue, rescue and rescue, and water search and rescue social emergency forces.

The training textbook fully draws on the concept of advanced rescue at home and abroad, and closely follows the reality of rescue to improve the rescue and rescue capabilities as the starting point and settlement point.
