According to the work requirements of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, the Municipal Prevention and Control Office further clarified the coding management rules and specific work requirements of the city's "application code".

The red code object is the following five types of personnel: first, the positive sieve positive, mixed pipe positive personnel; the other is to confirm the cases, asymptomatic infections, and suspected cases; the third is the close contact, the close connection; Entry personnel observed at home; Fifth, the overflowers who have a history of living in high school risk areas.

Following Huang code objects are the following four types of personnel: First, the confirmed cases of home health monitoring are discharged from the hospital (cabin) personnel and asymptomatic infected persons out of the cabin; Third, the personnel who did not perform nucleic acid testing in the key personnel of the epidemic information; the fourth is the "unpaid inspection" of nucleic acid screening.

If citizens have doubts about the code color, they can pass phone complaints through the 12345 citizen's hotline, or make online appeal through "applying". Submit the information in the "Shouzhu Code" - "I want to appeal". After clicking "Submit", you can view the corresponding code cause, and submit accurate detailed materials for appeal.

Municipal big data centers and relevant departments of the city and district have established a joint coordination mechanism to be responsible for verifying and appealing and disposal of the "application code" objection. For citizens' appeals, they will be divided into different categories and transferred to departments or regional verification in time.
