On September 16, the Heilongjiang Linhai Reservoir started construction.The project is one of the 150 major water conservancy projects deployed by the State Council and one of the 55 major water conservancy projects that focus on this year.The project is located in the upper reaches of the waves. It is a large -scale II reservoir that is mainly based on water supply, combined with flood prevention and irrigation, and takes into account the comprehensive utilization of power generation. The total library capacity is 176 million cubic meters.Total investment is 2.653 billion yuan.
