From October 8th, 2022 to April 30, 2023, Panda Avenue (Xinmu Road-Huguang Road) is closed and the motor vehicle is prohibited.Under the premise of ensuring safety, non -motorized vehicles and pedestrians follow the instructions of the traffic -oriented sign carefully.
During the construction period, motor vehicles that need to be passed through the above -mentioned sections can be bypass through roads such as Huaguang Road and Shu Long Road.
