The "Four Silk Roads" on the sea, land, online, and air are all deploying in the direction of ASEAN. On April 16 this year, Henan Central and European trains were named after the "Zhongyu" for the first time. Among the 6 lines departing on the same day, 4 columns were traveled to the ASEAN region.

At the same time, the RCEP train from Qinzhou to Zhengzhou has also opened. The operating scope of the New Land and Sea Channel in the West has also expanded from the western region to Henan, central province.

Coupled with the sea and railway transportation, there are also the inland river ports such as Zhoukou and Huaibin to Tongjiang Dahai, all of which will promote our province to comprehensively strengthen cooperation with RCEP member states.

At this conference, Wang Kai, the governor of Henan Province, once again released a strong cooperation signal to everyone: Henan will firmly implement the institutional open strategy and strive to build a marketization, rule of law, and international business environment. The institutional opening strategy is also one of the top ten strategies for our province.
