Article 5 of the "Regulations" clarifies the fifteen situations that have been determined to be unsuitable for current job:

2. The ideal and conviction shakes, and the position involving the party's leadership and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is not firm and ambiguous.

4. There are deviations in the concept of political performance. We cannot adhere to the people -centered development ideas. We cannot accurately grasp the new development stage, complete and accurately implement the new development concepts, and do not actively inaction in building a new development pattern and promoting high -quality development. 8. Insufficient leadership capabilities, we cannot effectively fulfill their duties and complete the goals and tasks as required. Major strategies, important reforms, and key work are not promoted. The decision -making argument is not sufficient and accidental, resulting in the consequences of public funds, state -owned assets, and state -owned resources, damage to the ecological environment, and damage of public interests;

10. The style is not strict and wrong.

14. If you cannot fulfill your work responsibilities for more than 1 year due to health reasons;

15. Other situations that are not suitable for current jobs.

According to the "Regulations", one of these situations should be adjusted in time.

This "Regulations" apply to party agencies, people's congresses, administrative agencies, CPPCC agencies, supervisory agencies, judgment agencies, procuratorial organs, and other agencies (units) that are included in the management of civil servants law management.
