In a blog post, Apple stated that the software that has been subscribed or purchased before October 5 is not affected by price increases, and automatically renewed at the original price.However, after October 5th, if Japan, Malaysia and all regions using euro currencies want to subscribe or purchase software in the app store, they will bear higher prices.

Apple added that one of the reasons for price increases in Vietnam is that Apple pays 5%VAT and corporate income tax.
