The second is to classify and promote the construction of villages, further refine the classification standards for categories of agglomeration and enhancement, suburban integration, characteristic protection, and relocated villages, and guide localities to promote rural construction according to local conditions. In 2019, our ministry issued the "Notice on Actively and Steady and Saudible Houses and Self -activation of Rural Leisure Houses and Aid Houses" to guide localities to explore effective ways and policies and measures for the use of rural idle homesteads and idle houses in accordance with laws and regulations. In 2020, our ministry implemented a new round of pilot reform of the rural homestead system system in 104 counties (cities, districts) and three prefecture -level cities, and carefully explored systems such as the distribution, use, circulation, and exit of the homestead. The third is to explore collective operating construction land to enter the market. The Ministry of Natural Resources orderly promotes the pilot of the entry into the market for collective operating land in rural areas.
