Some wire glue seems to have fallen off, while some battery cars are charged with liquefied gas tanks ... These chaos make the residents shout.

The reporter learned from the fire rescue department that in recent years, the fire caused by the charging of battery cars. The battery car's battery is fast, and the burning smoke is toxic. If the escape is not timely, it is likely to cause casualties.

The "flying wire charging" of Furonglin County · Spanish Forest Community is often in the unit mouth, balcony side, and alleyway. It is close to the people's settlement place and lacks effective obstruction. Once the battery is hot and explosive, it is easy to escape difficulties.

The property service party of the community said that in the first half of this year, they cooperated with the local community neighborhood committee to cut off the "flying line", but after cutting the front foot, the new line of the rear car owners was held again. This time, the "cutting action" not only was not effective, but also complained that the "method is simple and rude".

Some battery car owners said that their "flying wire charging" was actually helpless. The public parking spaces in the community are small and the charging price is high, causing most car owners to enter the shed to charge.

It is understood that Furonglin County · Spanish Forest Community has been built for more than ten years. Four car sheds that can be charged were built in 2019, and a total of 120 charging parking spaces were built.

In the community, there are nearly a thousand battery cars, and the vehicle is overwhelming as soon as the parking peak was parked. And most of these battery cars entering the shed are also parked only, not charging, because the charging price is too expensive.

The car shed provides intelligent charging services. The charging price is different according to the battery, motor and power specifications of the battery car. It is divided into 4 grades, ranging from 1 yuan, 4 hours to 1 yuan and 1 hour.

Some owners told reporters that if he charges in the car shed every time, it costs 50 or sixty dollars per month, and the "flying wire charging" uses his own living electricity, which is full of electricity once or two times. After a month, it is more than ten yuan.

Regarding the price issue, the community property service party said that because their intelligent charging is commercial electricity, the electricity price itself is higher than the living electricity, and commercial operations need to seek a certain profit space. Therefore, their pricing will naturally be higher.

In this regard, the reporter consulted the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Relevant persons in charge told reporters that the charging service of the battery car from the property or related enterprises is a commercial behavior. The price is determined by the market, and it does not belong to the government's pricing category.

Liu Zhixing, head of the Municipal Housing and Urban Construction Commission, told reporters that not only the Furonglin County Spanish Forest Community, but also the problem of "flying line charging" in battery cars is more prominent in some old communities in our city.

At the beginning of the construction, these communities did not reserve a charging site or installed charging facilities for battery cars. At present, there are no clear requirements for these communities to reconstruction or expand the charging venues and facilities of battery cars.

However, for some communities that are included in the reconstruction of old communities, owners can collectively decide which projects need to be transformed, and these projects also cover the charging venues and facilities of battery cars.
