Keep a post station warm heart and stomach

The hot air is steaming, and the rice noodles covered with a variety of codons such as fungus were put on the table, and the aroma was directly drilled into the nose of the sanitation worker. In June 2018, the first sanitation worker station in Laoukou District was officially put into operation to provide breakfast for free people such as sanitation workers.

"The project has been prepared for three months. I have to stare at the station to decorate, and I have to learn the frying code." Zhang Manzhen lived in Lujing District. In order to come to the sanitation work station on time, she got up at 5:20 in the morning. It took an hour to take an hour. Only to reach the station, three times a week. The biggest problem in the sanitation station is insufficient operating funds. At first, it was difficult to receive social resources, and it relied on team volunteers to pay for themselves. Zhang Manzhen raised a total of more than 100,000 yuan for online and offline fundraising.

Buying ingredients, making breakfast, statistical money, and reconciliation. For more than 4 years, Zhang Manzhen's accumulated service time for nearly 4,000 hours. Master Li, a sanitation worker, said that in the past four years, they were hungry with hot powder, thirsty and water, and they were tired of resting. Today, the station has more than 120,000 breakfast for free, with an average of more than 80 sanitation workers, disabled friends, and lonely old people who come here to dine.

On New Year's Day in 2022, a dull middle -aged woman at the Tongzipo Group of Kuaishan Village, Xiukou Town caused Zhang Manzhen, who came to do public welfare. Zhang Manzhen learned that the woman's surname Liu was wandering here about twenty years ago, suffering from mental illness, and relying on neighbors to help live.

"The only idea at the time was to help her." The next day, Zhang Manzhen and several volunteers came with oil, rice, and vegetables. Zhang Manzhen gave things to Xiao Liu and patiently guided her to boil water and make tea. On January 4th, Zhang Manzhen looked at Xiao Liu with dumplings and vegetables. In the following month, Zhang Manzhen came to the door more than ten times in a row to guide women to clean up, laundry and cooking, and taught her to grow vegetables and chicken, and encourage her to self -reliance and self -reliance. From the beginning of the dodge resistance to the acceptance, Xiao Liu's life slowly stepped into the right track.

Zhang Manzhen said that material support can only help one person for a while, and emotional companionship and guidance can make people stand self -reliance. In order to better serve others, Zhang Manzhen obtained a national second -level psychological counselor's certificate in 2014. Over the years, she has been to women's prison to do psychological counseling for AIDS patients. She has helped the youths in the youth disciplinary office to help the young people who have lost their sufferings. Beginning in 2018, she was a psychological counselor at the Fuxing Institute of Technology in Shifeng District to help mental patients integrate into society.

Hold a sincere caring for the elderly

Zhang Manzhen said that in 1997, she learned from her friends that there was an 80 -year -old lonely old man in Shuangyue Village, Laantou Town. Essence "There is a piece of black paint inside the house, all daily necessities are placed on the ground, and the old man squatted on the ground and groped to cook ..." In memories, Zhang Manzhen was still distressed. Since then, Zhang Manzhen has embarked on the road of public welfare, and often visits to condolences.

In 2005, Zhang Manzhen joined the Zhuzhou Evening News volunteer team and officially became a "volunteer". She also participated in more than a dozen public welfare organizations in the middle. Now she is the executive chairman of the Boai Volunteer Federation of the Pokou District. Every festival such as the Chung Yeung Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival, Zhang Manzhen and volunteers will bring their materials to the elderly home to help housework, improve food, accompany the elderly, and give them love and care.

"When I was a kid, I was poor in my family. I ate a lot of hardships. When I grew up, I saw that others had a difficult life, and I wanted to reach out." Talking about the original intention of doing public welfare, Zhang Manzhen's answer was sincere and full of power. There are dreams in my heart, light in my eyes, and struggle with motivation and direction. Zhang Manzhen has won the "most beautiful volunteer" in Hunan Province and the "most beautiful volunteer" in Zhuzhou City.
