Hebei Wuqiang West Fantun Village: Villagers love to receive 1.65 million yuan in land transfer gold

On September 18th, a land circulation gold distribution ceremony was held in Xifan Fantun Village, Wuqiang Town, Wuqiang County, Hengshui City.

In 2019, Xifan Tun Village established a joint -stock economic cooperative. In June 2021, the village "two committees" boldly planned to transfer all 2100 acres of land to the village collective stock economic cooperatives, and the whole village land was transferred in the town. The village "two committees" transferred to the land at a price of 800 yuan per mu per year. After flatness, they rented to large planters uniformly. They can increase their income of more than 600,000 yuan for the village collective economy each year.

Land rent is just the "first step" of villagers' income.
