On September 20, Lin Jie, chairman of the Shenzhen CPPCC, led a team to Qianhai to carry out a special survey of "further deepening Shenzhen -Hong Kong cooperation and promoting the efficient and convenient flow of the Shenzhen -Hong Kong market elements".

At the symposium, Huang Xiaopeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone and Executive Deputy Director of Qianhai Administration, introduced the release of the "Reform and Opening Plan for Comprehensively Deepening the Reform and opening up of Qianhai Shenzhen -Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone" last year.
