Hunan people's "five innovation linkage" supports Xiaoxiang talent entrepreneurship

Recently, in 2022, the "Xiaoxiang Power" Youth Talent Development Conference of the Hunan Branch of the National Volkswagen Entrepreneurship Week in 2022 was held in Changsha. In recent years, Hunan people have established a service system for entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial guarantee loans, entrepreneurial incubation bases, entrepreneurial activities, and entrepreneurial subsidies. The heartwarming, entrepreneurial innovation dream building is the starting point, and the level of entrepreneurial services in the province has continued to improve.

Entrepreneurship service activities have achieved remarkable results. Organize the participation in the "China Innovation Wing" Entrepreneurship Innovation Competition, the National Entrepreneurship Training Lecturer Contest, and the National Entrepreneurship Employment Service Exhibition and Exchange Activities. The entrepreneurial guarantee loan policy is further implemented. Guide localities to actively implement the elimination of anti -guarantee conditions, optimize the processing procedures, encourage conditions where conditions permit, and appropriately relax the conditions for entrepreneurial guarantee loan borrowers, and improve the loan amount, etc., and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the province's entrepreneurial guarantee loans. In 2021, the new entrepreneurial guarantee loan was issued 3.709 billion yuan, of which 2.596 billion yuan, 1.113 billion yuan of small and micro enterprises, supported 15,300 successful entrepreneurship, and added 101,900 employment.

It is understood that in 2021, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Province issued the "Chuangxiang Sanxiang Action Plan (2021-2023)". It is planned to carry out more than 360,000 entrepreneurial training from 2021 to 2023. The above, more than 400 entrepreneurial carriers such as various levels of entrepreneurial incubation bases and migrant workers return to the entrepreneurial park.
