Qingshan Wetland Ecological Comprehensive Remediation Project started November this year

The landscape improvement project (construction of the eighth route to the Waofengzha section) and the Qingshan Wetland Ecological Comprehensive Rectification Project (Waofengzha to Bayifu Street).

The Jiangtan gate renovation and landscape improvement project was officially opened to the public on September 26, 2021.

Qingshan Wetland Ecological Comprehensive Remediation Project is about 12.26 kilometers in length, and it is built in two phases. Among them, the implementation scope of the first phase is Sinopec Diesel Pier to Bazifu Grand Street section. The total length is 11.08 kilometers. It officially started construction in early March 2022. The construction content includes three parts: wetland water system connection, Bi Dao connection, and landscape space creation; the implementation scope of the second phase is Wufeng Gate to Sinopec diesel wharf section, with a total length of 1.18 kilometers. Related approval has been completed in November.

The project combines the ecological river beach with industrial imprints to inherit the spirit of steel. During the project promotion process, without affecting the flood, the industrial relics were retained, the red mark was engraved, and the glory of the Wuhan -New China industrial town was carved; the ecological river beach was combined with livable demand to improve the temperature of people's livelihood. The project can build a healthy and complete wetland ecosystem through the connection of wetland water system, Bi Dao connection, and landscape space construction, and create a "three, three districts, and fourteen scenes". Provide a leisure and recreation space with the characteristics of the countryside, and promote the region to be more livable, suitable for business, and travel; combine ecological river beaches with transformation and development to promote gorgeous butterfly changes. As an old industrial base, the project construction releases urban space, promotes the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, adds ecological green to red bricks, red tiles, and red houses, which is of great significance to the high -quality development of Qingshan.
