After receiving the instruction, Jia Junfeng, deputy captain of Zhanhe Brigade, immediately led two auxiliary policemen to the scene to find out, and finally stopped the vehicle at the intersection of Fenghuang Road and West Ring Road.

After inspection, the driver of the vehicle was installed with a hydraulic device on the back of the license plate, and the license plate could be controlled in the cab. When the vehicle passed the monitored intersection, the driver would control the license plate flip to avoid monitoring.

The driver of the vehicle has constituted illegal acts that deliberately blocks the number plate and lamp modification.
